DCU (COMICS)
Alan Scott/Jay Garrick
There are literally decades worth of stories about these two, and I don't even care, I still want more. My hunger for them is insatiable! You could write about them back in the Golden Age, when they were both still adjusting to their powers and getting used to working together as part of a team, or in the JSA era where they're older and raising the next generation. I would love any kind of hurt/comfort, or mutual protectiveness. I also really love immensely powerful characters who sometimes have issues controlling their own powers/retaining touch with their humanity, and there was that time Alan got possessed by the Starheart, so anything that had Alan and Jay dealing with something along those lines would be great. Or any kind of fic that play around with time/inter-dimensional travel would also be great!
Courtney Whitmore
I love Courtney, and I would love any kind of fic about her - maybe her still feeling out her powers in the Stars and STRIPE era? Or what was her history/background like in the new 52 version of her timeline? I love fighting and action in fic, so anything with her having an enemy to take down would be great. Or what kind of superhero does she turn out to be in the future? The idea of legacy has always been a huge deal with both her and the rest of the JSA, and anything where she gets thrown into the past and has to deal with getting back would be great. If you want to write her with other people, I would adore her interacting with the rest of the JSA, or any of the old Starman cast of characters, or any of the new 52 Justice League of America characters. I also ship her with Kara | Supergirl, Miiyahbin | Equinox, and Maxine | Cyclone.
Hal Jordan
Ahh, Hal, there is so much history to explore with him and so much fic I want to read with him! Any kind of hijinks in space, especially with alien related misunderstandings, would be great. I would also love anything that delves into his time being possessed by either Parallax or the Spectre! I'd also love anything where he has to be a different lantern color for a while, for reasons. Or anything with Hal trolling people, or being trolled back. Or just anything with him being knocked out repeatedly! I am a woman of simple pleasures. If you want to ship him with someone, I like him with Barry, Sinestro, Carol, Jessica, Simon, Alan, Parallax, the Spectre, Bruce, and anyone else in the Justice League. Or several of those people at once, it is Hal we're talking about.
Jessica Cruz
She's my shiny new lantern, and I love her so much - I love how so much of her characterization deals with her internal struggle, and the specific emphasis her storyline has on being greatly afraid and having the potential to overcome it. I'd love fic about her background, more about the kind of person she was before her friends were murdered, or something that deals with how she survived that. Or anything that deals with her experience of being controlled by the power ring. Or any kind of literary device that takes her internal conflict and turns into some kind of external, physical confrontation! I would also love anything that deals with her getting to explore space for the first time, since she's been so tied to Earth. I would love her being able to meet some of the non-Earth lanterns! Or I would like it if she had to visit Earth-3 for some reason. If you want to write ship fic, I like her with Simon, Hal, Barry, Diana, Saint Walker, Volthoom and Earth-3 Hal/Power Ring.
DEATH STRANDING RPF
Hideo Kojima/Mads Mikkelsen
I made the mistake of looking at the Death Stranding promotional stuff that came out of the recent Japan trip and now I am obsessed. I am so happy for Hideo, the Konami thing was so fucking enraging, and now like a year later here he is, getting to hire his faves to act out whatever insane video game idea he's come up with, he is literally living the best possible life. And he has absolutely zero chill about being the biggest Mads wife in existence ♥ I would love anything with them hanging out or making out! Or this is one where I'm okay with literally any kind of AU. Or some kind of magic realism thing where the plot of the game is bleeding into reality as their filming it? Or some kind of heist where they get a time machine and team up with del Toro and go back in time and make fucking Konami make Silent Hills happen? Or just anything with weird shit going on and Mads isn't really sure what's happening but he's happy to just go along with things. Or, in short, I agree with this tweet I got from Hideo's twitter.
DOLLHOUSE
Adelle DeWitt/Laurence Dominic
I love these two and how completely twisted their relationship is, and how really deeply involved in each other they are even if they refuse to admit it. I would love anything set in any part of it! What was their first meeting like? Or any kind of casefic set in the time period where he was still her right-hand man. Or what would have happened if he hadn't been caught as the spy? I would also love something set with Dominic just going absolutely nuts in the attic, and having to deal with the ghosts of her that his mind pulls up. I would also love it if for some reason she had to pull out his mind and put him in a doll again, and maybe even send him on a mission as Echo or Sierra or Victor? I would also love anything set in the epilogue - what mission did he end up doing for her? And what happened when he got back?
GAME OF THRONES
Brienne of Tarth/Sansa Stark
I'm so glad they finally met on the show, and I want more of them interacting! I'd love to see them working to the place where Brienne can be the reliable person Sansa needs in her life, and Sansa can be the respectable leader Brienne throws her loyalty behind. Is Sansa the kind of person Brienne was expecting to find? Is Sansa willing to trust somebody she barely knows isn't trying to manipulate her? What are their lives like after the final battle? Anything that really dives into that knight/lady dynamic would thrill me!
Daenerys Targaryen/Jorah Mormont
I love the two of them so much - my loyalty kink is strong, and the fact that Jorah majorly fucked up and had to work hard get back into Dany's good graces only makes my love for them stronger. I would love to see something after the most recent season - do they find some way to heal him? If not, does he go back to die for her in one last battle? Or what would have happened if he'd come clean to her about his spying before he was caught? Or any kind of slice of life style thing, covering maybe quieter moments between them over the course of the series.
ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY
Bodhi Rook
I love him so much, and how he was so often clearly scared out of his mind but still determined to at least try, and there are so many parts of his story still left to explore! What was his life like growing up? Why did he decide to become a pilot, and what happened to his family after that? What were things like for him as a pilot before he met Galen? What would have happened to him if he'd been caught by the Empire before he made it to Saw? How deeply did the Bor Gullet end up affecting him? If he had survived, what would he have gone on to do after Scarif? How would he have fit in with the Alliance? What would he have done after the fall of the Empire? If you want to write ship fic with him, I like him with Jyn, Luke, Leia, Poe, and Galen (as mentioned below).
Orson Krennic
He's one of my favorite villain/antagonists in years, and it's not all just the sweet cape - I love how he can be so smart and calculating and manipulative in some respects, and completely blind in others. He just can't ever seem to stop himself and I love it. I'd love anything with him - struggling for position right out of the academy, or trying to hold Project Celestial Power together after Galen leaves. I'd also love anything about his childhood! How did he end up such a perfect drama queen? I'd also love him interacting with other Imperials in pretty much any capacity! Or where does he end up if Galen's message never reached got past Saw, and the Death Star was a huge success going forward? Does he finally get to meet Palpatine? If you want to write shipfic/smut, I like him with literally any other Imperial officer, or Galen (see below).
Bodhi Rook/Galen Erso
Their relationship is so crucial to everything, and ends up driving Bodhi's whole character arc, and there's so much we don't know about it and so many ways you can imagine it! How did they first meet? How long did they actually know each other before Bodhi ended up leaving? How did Galen convince him to turn traitor? Or did he not really need much convincing? I'd also love any kind of AU where they both survive, or Galen at least survives the extraction of Eadu, and they get to meet again!
Galen Erso/Orson Krennic
I love the two of them so much - they both have so much history, and so many points in their relationship where things could have gone totally differently, and so there's so much to explore there. What would have happened if Krennic had been more aggressive after they graduated, and hadn't just assumed Galen would come back to him instead of getting married to Lyra? Or I'd love anything set during the future's program. Or what was their relationship like after Krennic got him back from Lah'mu? Or what if Galen hadn't died on Eadu, what would Krennic have done with him? Or what if Galen had never escaped from him on Coruscant in the first place?
Darth Vader/Wilhuff Tarkin
Murder friends ♥ I would love any kind of fic with them fighting and destroying their enemies together somewhere, putting down some Alliance plot, or just dragging whatever Imperial officer is getting to ahead of themselves. I love the depth of the history they have together, and I would love something set in any period of their knowing each other, from way back in the Clone Wars right up to when they finally take control of the operational Death Star. Or even further - what would have happened if Tarkin had survived the Death Star? I also really love AUs where Vader ends up raising the twins in the Empire - how would that affect their relationship?
